A top-tier law firm in Delhi is looking to hire a Company Secretary with 3-6 years of experience. Job Purpose: To make sure all the compliances of RBI, FEMA and Companies Act are abided by the Indian company of the Organization. To make sure the minutes of the Board meetings held are submitted wherever required. Key Responsibilities : - Experience in handling company secretarial matters including but not limited to incorporation, corporate compliance of public listed and unlisted companies, FEMA compliance, statutory regulations, and transaction support - Managing team of certain Company Secretaries and coordinate with various parties including local and international clients based out of various counties on day to day basis - Ensuring day to day compliance and provide advisory services to various companies - Conducting Board meetings, committee meetings, general meetings and preparation of the notices, agenda with notes, minutes for board meetings and general meeting; - Attended Board meeting, Committee meeting, shareholders meeting in person and guided the Board and Chairman in conducting the meeting as per the law. - Preparation and filing of annual report, event-based forms and annual filings with Registrar of Companies through various electronic forms
