- To initiate and carry incorporation procedures like authenticating documents and proceedings used in registration - Assuring delivery of registration and allotment details to registrar - Making application for increase in share capital; - Overseeing delivery details - Keeps under review legislative, regulatory and governance issues which may impact the Trust and ensures that the Board is effectively briefed on them; - Wins the confidence of, and acts as a confidential sounding-board to the Chairman and other directors on issues of concern, and; - Provides a discreet but challenging voice in relation to Board deliberations and decision making, drawing on his or her professional experience and, in time, historical knowledge of the Trust. - Ensures meetings are effectively organised and minuted. - Maintains effective records and administration - Good Communication Skills and presentation Skills - Knowledge on SEBI compliance as a trust/ - Time Management & Multi-Tasking & attention to Detail information related to CS - Meticulous Planning.
