Job Description: 1. Experience in Listed companies handling Corporate Laws, SEBI Regulations, FEMA etc. 2. Ensuring statutory compliances, corporate governance, due diligence matters under various statutes/regulations under the Companies Act, SEBI and other related Regulations. 3. Assist in Board meetings, Committee Meetings, General Meetings etc. 4. Drafting and vetting of legal documents 5. Ensuring the smooth functioning of all tasks/activities assigned and ensuring that they are completed on time, Coordinating with various internal and external audits and accounts department, Ensuring all books &amp; records statutorily required under Companies Act and other applicable laws. 6. Communicates and reinforces the importance of high quality work standards, Takes initiative to improve the quality of work process. 7. Self -starter, ability to go beyond the comfort zone for individual and team success, and ability to handle complex situations, takes personal responsibility for execution /delivery of cases/task at hand, has the motivational level. 8. Exudes confidence and positive attitude, adaptability of organization culture and ethics, ability to work in teams; Proficiency in planning and organizing, Good communication and interpersonal skills with team, associates and superiors and ability to follow. 9. Self -starter, Ability t o go beyond the comfort zone for individual and team success, Efficient to handle complex situations, Takes personal responsibility for execution /delivery of task at hand, Has the motivational level. 10.
