Company Secretary/Compliance Head - Healthcare/Pharma

Looking for a Company Secretary with 15+ years of experience and minimum 3+ years as a CS & Compliance Head with a listed company.

KRS's for the role would be:

- Compliance under the Companies Act.

- Should have experience in Coordination and Liaising with ROC and other regulatory authority authorities, including RBI, FEMA Regulations / Compliances, SEBI Stock Exchanges, IRDA compliances and regulations for FDI, ECB and funding guidelines.

- Understanding / knowledge of notified section and draft rules of the Companies Act, 2013

- Demonstrated Research Ability in all regulations, Corporate Laws FEMA Etc
