- Expert in LODR (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement)

- Insider Trading Regulation

- SEBI Takeover Codes

- Awareness of Corporate Law Compliances

- Mergers & Acquisitions

Immediate joiners would be preferred.

Candidate should be Male only.

From Listed Company only (Not NBFC)

Qualification: CS with LLB
