- Ensure adherence of circulars and guidelines issued by Regulator from time to time.  - Monitoring pertaining to Valuation Policy of organization.  - Compliances of Agreements with Stock Exchange  - Compliances under SEBI Regulations and Sending reply to Legal Notices, vetting of legal Documents, Other Legal Documentation.  - Drafting of various Legal documents such as Notices, Petitions, Power of Attorneys and Affidavits, Criminal Complaint.  - Drafting & vetting of various agreements such as Leave & License Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding.  - Attended hearing at High Court   - Convening of Board and other Committee meetings including drafting of notice, detailed agenda, minutes and other related matters  - Maintenance of Statutory registers, registration of charges.  - Ensuring Compliances with various clauses of the agreements and filing various quarterly returns with stock exchange  - Drafting of Notices, Agenda and Minutes for Private Companies.
