Company Secretary - BFSI/Real Estate/Infra

- Finance function - Interface with Banks & other institutions. The role will be to work on the entire cycle starting from preparing detailed cash flows & proposal document, applying to such institutions (through our consultant) & subsequent interface with officials in assisting for appraisal & documentation & disbursement of such facilities.

- All group companies are properly complied with all requirements of various secretarial authorities and as per the requirements

- Coordination with concerned officials for both external & internal as and when required

- To provide various Management Information Systems (reports and statements) and any other inputs are to be submitted on a weekly / fortnightly / monthly basis to the Management as per the requirement.

- All compliance are fulfilled on time as required by various authorities and as per the statutory requirements.

- Fund raising.

- Coordinate with the concerned external and internal officials, staff members for all taxation activities and complete the filing, submission of the same to the concerned authorities on time without delay. Any delay or deviations or shortcomings are to be brought to the knowledge of the undersigned immediately.

- Secretarial

- All banking and liaison.

- Organizing due diligence requirements to all investors / lenders

- Compliance of terms and conditions of all sanctions of the lenders / investors.

- Debt servicing, monitoring reports, of the fund raised through bank/PE etc.

- Statutory compliance, ensuring timely filing of returns etc in coordination with Accounts Department.. and timely payments of all statutory dues like ROC, CMDA, DTCP and other similar authorities

- Filing of all tax returns

- MIS / ERP Implementation

- To enable full operational control and to ensure that you are fully responsible for all the assigned functions, all the related matters, including but not limited to, listed above must be executed / approved only after your specific approval / recommendations.

- In addition, as a part of the group's vision to develop leadership from within the group, you shall take full responsibility for managing the Profit and loss account of the entities / companies in our group:

Qualified : ACS from ICSI

Experience: 10+ yrs
