Profile Overview

- Running and managing all the functions and activities of Shares Department including those relating to Board and Committee meetings, Postal Ballots, Resolution, Remote voting etc.

- To ensure compliances under Corporate Laws, SEBI laws, RBI, Corporate Governance, Reports, Minutes etc.

- To liaise with senior and top management for updating them on various legal developments concerning them and also helping them with filing of Returns, Forms, Reports etc.

- To help the team in the Shares Department in managing the functions in the most efficient and effective manner

- To constantly review the Company Website for improvements thereon, to constantly review and update on the basis of the latest and important case-laws and judgments

- To help in capital and corporate restructuring activities, to prepare activities list, timelines etc. for various activities relating to restructuring exercises

- To engage with lawyers and other professionals to be abreast of various developments in the corporate and the legal field

- To study and analyze important activities / events concerning the corporate sector and especially, the industry and put up proper Notes on the developments

- To make Charts / Summary Sheets etc. for Board Evaluation, etc.

- To send representations on discussion papers, consultation papers etc. which may be issued by different ministries from time to time

- To study and analyze judgments on various corporate matters, especially those at the Supreme Court and High Court levels
