Company Secretary and Audit Manager for a large global MNC into consumer durables. Position is based in Delhi / NCR. CS with exposure to accounting & finance audit and compliance experience with minimum 10 years of experience in large professional companies

Job Details are as under:

- Support on all matters related to company / corporate law

- Support and manage company secretarial work / compliances

- Support in financial and accounting audit

- Monthly and timely completion of all the audits

- Coordination with auditors
