Company Secretary & Accounts Manager

Our client is one of the prestigious builders in south India. Their current project is one of Chennai's best projects near IT Park located just off the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) commonly known as the - IT Corridor- of Chennai. Client is looking for Head - F&A and Company Secretary

We are looking for Company Secretaries with MBA or Chartered Accountants or cost Accountants with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience.

We are looking for Candidates who is interested in handling Secretarial work along with regular project accounting.

Responsibilities include, handling of all accounting activities and secretarial work. but are not limited to:

Implementation of well-defined standardized Compliance processes

End to end compliance with respect to local laws and regulations

Ensuring that the company complies with the highest standards of corporate governance

Responsible for all secretarial matters relating to the company under the Companies Act,1956 and Companies Act, 2013

Preparation of Circular Resolutions, Notice Agenda, Information Packs and Minutes of Board Meetings, Audit Committee and other committees

Maintenance of statutory registers and records of the Company

Carry out all the filings with various authorities in timely manner

Executing / Monitoring all secretarial activities in Fund Raising viz In principle application, Listing and trading approvals

Ensuring smooth flow of secretarial activities

Preparation of MIS.

Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis.

Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

Preparation of monthly profit and loss account and monthly budgets

Coordinate with head office on various accounting work.
