Company Secretary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) with expertise in compliance management and treasury functions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various compliance-related tasks and assist in treasury and accounts functions for our private companies and trusts. If you have a CS degree and a passion for ensuring regulatory compliance and financial accuracy, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare notices, agendas, and minutes for Board meetings, committee meetings, and General Meetings for Private Companies & Trust.

2. File various e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), including event-based and annual filings.

3. Ensure compliance with regulations for the further issuance of capital, such as preference shares and debentures.

4. Handle compliance related to Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) and filing returns with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

5. Assist in treasury and accounts functions, including:

- Managing investment/redemption formalities of mutual funds for promoter entities and promoters.

- Prepare MIS reports detailing investments held by promoter entities/promoters.

- Perform operations functions like opening demit accounts, bank accounts, and FD creation.

- Coordinate the transfer of investments.

- Prepare balance sheets for promoter entities/individuals using Tally software.

Qualifications:

- Must have a CS degree.

- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, and treasury functions.

- Proficiency in using Tally software and other relevant tools for financial reporting.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
