Compact lamps - Production Head

Responsible for all production related and product development tasks.

- Managing assignments relating manufacturing, manpower & labors, safety and strategic management.

- Overseeing production related tasks including planning, procurement, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules.

- Reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of quality failures and work out system and process changes for qualitative improvement.

- Ensuring the safety, regulatory and environmental compliance.

- Carrying out rejection control, bringing in productivity improvement practices.

- Initiating programs and projects for scrap cost reduction.

- Streamlining new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and building up guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor (SOP).

- Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications the system to achieve substantial reduction in O & M expenditures and work within the budget

Salary Offered : 12-20 LPA
