Job Description:
- Drive the entire sales process from lead generation through closure of the sale.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for new business as well repeat business.
- Manage sales of multiple service offerings of the company.
- Build new business revenue and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Should be capable of generating target business revenue of at least 1.5 Crores.
- RFP/RFI proposal development and customer reviews, issues handling, negotiations and deal closure.
- Understand and promptly report to management the changes in business dynamics and competitive land scape.
- Recruit and manage a sales team consisting of direct employees of the company.
Job Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in IT solution sales out of which 3-4 years in selling web and mobile software solutions.
- Should have handled a minimum team size of 5-7 business development executives and lead generators.
- A proactive planner & executor with B.Tech /MBA (marketing/IT)/MSC/B.SC (with relevant higher experience) equivalent education qualification.
