Community Manager - DOSelect - You will work on uberising our content marketplace which will be the core of our business. You will own the creation and management of the marketplace, defining business models and the product for scaling it. You will : - Onboard SMEs and build a DoSelect community by scouting users on different platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc - Run marketing campaigns to identify SMEs, assess, onboard, and train them on the product - Own the entire content product, work closely with the product team to enhance workflows, and build new toolsets required by different stakeholders - admin, creators, reviewers, etc - Provide necessary training and mentorship to the SMEs that is required to build different type of questions - MCQs, Coding, Data Science / ML, Full-stack, etc - Track internal and customer-specific question creation requests and ensure timely delivery from the SMEs - Analyze the overall usage data with the help of different metrics and make decisions on the addition or retirement of the content - Ensure to keep the content library updated with questions across different technologies - both quantity and quality-wise - Track invoicing and payment to the freelancers. Also, figure out cost-effective ways to create/review the new content. You should have : - Experience in building and managing tech communities. - Experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders - Good writing and communication skills.
