Inspirit is in search of an enterprising and personable community manager for our interactive, 3D learning platform. The community manager will be responsible for finding influencers and teachers to teach on our platform, onboarding new learners, and of course- building and engaging our student, parent, and instructor communities.

What Will You Do?-

- You will work closely with the Growth team to identify strategies to acquire and retain our community of learners, parents, and instructors.

- You will onboard new learners onto Inspirit and create personas based on your findings.

- You will find influencers, advocates, and leaders in STEM and convince them to teach on Inspirit

- You will build and manage our 13+ learner community on Discord, our parent community for parents with kids <13, and our instructor communities

- You will build our community from 0-100 and come up with innovative ideas for community creation and management

- You will engage our audiences using social media, communication tools, events, competitions, email campaigns, and anything else you can think of!

- You will document parts of your role that are repetitive

- You will identify processes that can be automated or outsourced and build a community team.

What Skills Do you Need to Succeed?-

- You understand (and enjoy) how to talk to Gen-Z

- You have worked on building online communities

You have:

- Knowledge of online community channels.

- Hands-on experience in community management

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

- Analytical and multitasking skills

- You are looking to work flexible hours

- You are passionate about working in the science/STEM education space

- You work with integrity and humility
