(startup) CTC Upto : 20 LPA About the Role : Key Responsibilities : - Lead community strategy, development, growth, and engagement in the video editing space - Generate content ideas via cross functional collaboration with all internal teams to ensure best community experience - Build and maintain a community calendar and work closely with all stakeholders (internal and external) for seamless execution - Proactively ideate on high engagement initiatives to create customer delight & drive unique differentiation point - Monitor and moderate community interactions that meets community and brand guidelines; solve member queries on the community - Distill community feedback and feature requests into actionable information for our product and engineering teams - Response, Listening & Crisis Management, Real-time tracking; Effectively identifying and utilizing social listening tools for response management Who we are looking for : - Experience of 5+ years in community management; experience of building a community from scratch - You are incredibly passionate about video editing space - Passionate about building a community and establishing a connect with the members to blow away customer expectations - Proactive thinker and an ability to gauge the community pulse and create engaging & motivating content - Drive to find innovative and effective ways to excite and engage audiences with an emphasis on scaling the program and building a community - Strong cross-functional verbal and written communication skills -ability to communicate ideas effectively and efficiently - Experience working in for Response, Sentiments & Listing ORM Activities - Extensive Knowledge of Social media platforms - Creative, curious, organized, problem-solver with an entrepreneurial and proactive spirit Remarks : - Prefers candidates who has video editing background - Prefers candidates who are self starters and be able to manage things from scratch independently.
