Position Title : Community Manager

Job Context :
- The engagement of this community through social channels, events, transactions and the over all growth of this community will be the success factors.
Community Management :
- Working with social media influencers to initiate conversations and trials for the product.
- Working with consumer bases and registered users to enhance product conversations and transactions
- Creating special events and curate content for the community.
- Initiate and participate in conversations around how Myles is changing the way people own cars or travel.
- Analyse customer insights to improve communications and product differentiation.
- Analyse competitive space to engage with richer content for community members.
- Excellent communication - Written and Verbal.
- Social media savvy.
- Great affinity to travel/technology as a space.
- Good PR skills.
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate or Post Graduate.
The role of the Community Manager will be with the following objectives for Myles :
- Myles is trying to build a community of individuals who believe in renting instead of owning a car.
- A large proportion of such users are regular outstation travellers as well as young urban professionals.
- Myles enables people to have access to different models of cars without the burden of owning any of them and save at least 40% over the cost of ownership of a car.
The Community manager will be required to build a community of individuals and organizations who believe in this and grow this base
