Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities:
To evolve and implement the CSR vision of the company
- To build towards creating company's brand amongst general masses as a responsible corporate citizen.
- To win the heart of the community and create goodwill for the company.
- Responsible for hiring, managing, mentoring and developing community development delivery and project teams, balancing quality, risk and costs to improve quality of life objectives.
- Responsible for establishing and implementing plans for delivering social welfare programs and projects. Supporting changes to increase effectiveness, speed and quality.
- Delivering changes on time and within budget with minimal operations risk and managing programs, risks effectively achieving program and support objectives.
- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance quality and responsiveness.
- Implement best practices in CSR across peri-urban, rural and tribal areas.
- Also responsible for ensuring the implementations adhered to overall service and program architecture and aligned with the strategic objectives and business requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
Master in Social Work / Rural Management from a premier institute with experience of 5 years +
- Should have exposure to working with NGOs, government bodies and civil society.
- Should be Fluent in English Hindi
