We are glad to announce that one of our esteemed clients, a market leader in providing innovative, personalized home design and decor marketplace for homeowners is hiring. We are looking for Community or Design Manager who are industry experts in the interior design space.

- Handle teams of Design Partners, Interior Designers to provide innovative interior designing solutions to the esteemed clients.

- Regular interaction with Clients to understand requirements and provide end to end solutions.

- Provide innovative designing solutions to customers by gaining an understanding of their individualized needs, in order to direct them to the appropriate product or service.

- Manage the expectations of the clients to win their repeat business.

- Provide the Market intelligence and customer feedback and insights to different teams to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.

- Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverables are effectively communicated and met.

- Communication bridge between Client and internal team.

- Knowledge transfer of new assignments, expectations, projects - from Client to Operations team.

- Will carry revenue target - harvest the account for additional revenue, ensure invoicing.

- Understand operational deliverables of accounts playing the role of a team leader.
