Job requirements:

- 3+ years of experience leading community programs or similar programming initiatives.

- Community Management (work with content/post content), Marketing background in Campaign Management (manage end-to-end campaign), Networking events, Stakeholder Management, Communication skills.

- Strong project management skills

- Strong design and creative skills, developing concepts, program frameworks and experiences for internal + external audiences

- Fluent in written and spoken English and/or in another language

- High ability to navigate in a complex international environment and evaluate international risks, including local nuances Superior organizational skills and a relentless attention to detail

- Expert in project management and XFN workflows with a strong sense for optimization and efficiency supported by documented and precise guidelines

- Strong instinct to anticipate, identify and solve potential problems and roadblocks

- Strong Data analytics skills

- Proven experience in coordinating a launch of community programs

- Proven experience in coordinating international projects at scale

- Proven experience in tracking and analyzing data reports
