- 2-3 years of work experience as Journalist and Corporate Communications Specialist in an international environment

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Bangalore

Education Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree

Job Description.

- Strong media experience, relationships with journalists and proven record of generating positive visibility through the media and other channels

- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

- Understanding of the relevant business model, regulatory process and communications guidelines

- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing priorities

- Willingness to think creatively and test new and unproven communications initiatives, tools, etc.

- Ability to understand complex requirements and to convert them into tailored messages for the press and/or employees

- Very good communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently, self-driven, target-oriented and flexible, but also willingness to work in teams

- Interpersonal skills to facilitate work with a wide range of individuals and groups from culturally diverse backgrounds.
