Communications Surveillance Mgr - Bank

We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for Manager-Communications Surveillance role, the key responsibilities are mentioned below

Responsibilities:

- The primary responsibility is to oversee the execution of Communications Surveillance for the APAC Region. This will include oversight of the review and disposition of alerts generated by an Automated Communications Surveillance.

- Supervision and Oversight of the team responsible to conduct daily analysis & investigation of alerts, generated by an Automated Communication Surveillance solution covering APAC employees and targeted to identify instances of Inappropriate Communication, Potential Leakage of Inside Information, Improper Market Practices and other communications deemed to have violated company policies and standards.

- Oversee the follow up and escalations of significant matters identified as part of the surveillance process and ensure that the team members properly perform in-depth assessments of identified alerts.

Desired Profile:

- At least a Graduate with 8+ years experience in Ecommunication/Trade surveillance from Banking industry

- Good oral and written communication a must

- Understanding of compliance risk management concepts, tools and trends

- Analytical mindset with focused attention to detail

- Strong judgment and ability to properly safeguard confidential information

- Able to lead and manage in an environment that fosters a culture of teamwork and open communication
