Responsibilities : 1) Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals. Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness. 2) Maintain a strong online company voice through social media. 3) Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts) Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. 4) Identify, Build and Interact with a strong set of digital influencers that can amplify the brand message and create positive aura around our brand. 5) Build and execute the entire brand communication on social media and other digital platforms (emails/blogs/ chat platforms/website) through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. 6) Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company's social content. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules - Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community 7) Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. 8) Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate action. 9) Manage end-to-end marketing and communication campaigns. 10) Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency. 11) Suggest and implement direct marketing/communication methods to increase profitability 12) Monitor ROI and KPIs as far as marketing communication is concerned. 13) Suggest new optimization methods to improve customer experience on digital platforms. 14) Ensure digital best practices are met. 15) Experiences that are crucial to this candidate. 16) Proven work experience as a Digital marketing / Brand management / Communications development 17) Proven expertise in the creation of communication messages in short form (copy, visual - still and moving) 18) Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing and communication campaigns. 19) Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills. 20) Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function 21) Excellent understanding of performance matrices of key social media platforms Instagram / 22) Facebook / YouTube 23) Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices 24) Familiarity with web design 25) Excellent analytical and project management skills
