Communication Trainer (Night Shift) - This position is responsible for devising organizational training strategy, its implementation and evaluation for India Team. - Evaluate current competencies and identify the gaps between current ability and desired ability and Prioritize training needs - Prepare training modules/ training content as per the business/role need - Perform Training need analysis on the basis of role needs, ensuring that training is targeting the correct competencies and addressing business needs - Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them, conduct cost benefit analysis if required
