Job Role :

As Communication Specialist you will support thought leadership and innovation initiatives like awards, surveys, speaking opportunities for Client's Corporate and media relations for Corporate initiatives.

Job Requirements & Skills Needed :

- Must be able to coordinate and oversee the communications received by the Chairperson or to be initiated by the Chairperson/Chairperson's office and ensure that appropriate responses are prepared, sent and followed up as required

- Should be adept in attending to communications of various nature - letters, email communications, messages, speeches, presentations, quotes, reports and documents, annual reports, foreword, preface, etc.

- Must possess experience in supporting the preparation of various media related communications - interviews, press articles and press releases.

- Experience in coordinating and liaising with various officials/departments in various office locations with regard to communications.

- Effectively mentor, train and supervise team members on communications.

- Create, Copy edit, proofread, and revise communications, both print and electronic in a timely and effective manner

- Recommend, develop and implement innovative communication strategies and processes.

- Ensure that all communications data including speeches / letters / profile / reports /media articles print and online / invitations are archived and cataloged for reference

- High level of integrity

- Ability to carry out communications tasks in an effective and timely manner

- Good interpersonal skills and coordination skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Ability to communicate on subjects across a wide spectrum of areas

Qualification & Experience :

- Post Graduate in Mass Communication or MA (English)

- A proven track record with an experience of 10-15 years
