Communication Specialist - IC Role - Premier Investment Bank - EMEA Shift

This role will involve planning, creating, executing and measuring internal and related external communications for projects and initiatives. The Communication Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating and executing content that is educational, informative and engaging for partners, clients, prospective clients and various stakeholders across Asia Pacific (APAC). The Specialist will support the India Executive Management Team (EMT), APAC Marketing Team (Corporate & Institutional Services) and counsel partners on communications strategies and program to meet communication objectives.

- Reports to: Head of Marketing and Internal Communications - Asia Pacific, Corporate & Institutional Services (CIS)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Support and work with the India EMT and APAC CIS Marketing to understand business strategies, develop executive messages, define strategic communications plans in support of business goals and priorities.

- Manage and support the planning, development and implementation of strategic communication program with a focus on the 'bigger picture', developing a narrative to connect the dots across all initiatives.

- Facilitate partner and client engagement programs that keep them informed and aligned with our business strategy, culture, and initiatives.

- Develop and deliver innovative and creative communications campaigns in a budget-constrained business environment.

- Manage the production of town hall meetings, PowerPoint presentations, communications/event calendar, intranet/SharePoint design and postings, broadcast messages, video and other emerging communications platforms.

- Manage communication platforms and events - SharePoint, MS 365 tools, ON24, Poppulo/email software, and live/virtual audience interaction events.

- Accountable for all regional organization announcements

- Align and work closely with business functions and leadership team and help craft effective messaging around events, programs, change management and best practices.

- Support incident/crisis and business continuity communications as required.

- Provide support for various corporate-wide communications initiatives as required; liaise with all internal departments.

- Align with Corporate External Communications team for the facilitation and support of external communications/ media relations.

- Implement feedback mechanisms and track metrics to measure communications goals and tools.

Knowledge/Skills Required :

- Expertise in the development and implementation of internal and related external communications strategies and plans. Has proven writing, editing and proofing capabilities across various platforms.

- Highly proficient consultative skills, including ability to assess and recommend appropriate communications approach/methods, content and vehicles.

- Requires strong analytical ability, strong judgment and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with management and staff of all levels.

- Ability to juggle multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously and rebalance priorities as needed in a deadline driven environment.

- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of collaborative, digital technology tools to engage employees in a variety of ways.

- Knowledge of basic change management principles and the role of communications in driving change.

Experience Required :

- A College or University degree and/or 10+ years of relevant proven work experience is preferred.
