Urgent hiring for the Position of Communication Manager - CSR/ESG

Experience - 4 + years

CTC - Up to 13 LPA Only

Location - Mumbai

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Creating and managing internal and external communication messages, serving as an implementation partner

- Developing communication campaigns (E-mailers & A/V) and related E-Newsletters aligned to the implementation and education goals of different ESG topics

- Managing digital and electronic marketing communications, including internal portal, external website and social media content development

- Support drafting, reviewing, improving and publishing (in coordination with relevant Functions and Businesses and the external vendor) Performance Report

- Creating surveys to gauge understanding and reception and monitor changes in attitude and competency.

- Managing the communication and monitoring of Sustainability related E-learning packages.

- Draft specific narrative content for sustainability reports, trends report, and other ESG related communications and lead or provide advisory support in professional design and layout of such reports and communications.

- Perform deep reviews of ESG related policy documents, industry reports, directive and prepare executive summaries for the senior management team.
