CA is looking for candidate to join as Head of Technology who will report into the CEO/COO.

Responsibilities

- The Head of Technology would be responsible for understanding the existing business processes, help build scalable technology solutions and build processes and systems in a smart and thrifty manner.

- The candidate would be responsible for understanding the requirements of the business team and drive development of solutions with external vendors and programmers, and ensure backtesting and seamless implementation.

Skillset

Ideal candidate should have

- 5-15 years- experience, of which at least few years working with ERP solutions

- Exposure of building a transaction processing system / ERP and ability to scale it into a full-fledged ERP system

- Ability to understand existing codes and modules built by external programmers and ability to build further upon them

- Strong documentation skills

- Ability to communicate complex technical issues in simple language to the business team

- Capability to scale up and understand and adopt new age technologies

- Keen eye for automation and ability to understand business issues and cut the turnaround time of the team

- Strong academic background with a degree in Computer Engineering and should have worked with high quality MNC/Indian companies
