CA is looking for candidate to join as Head of Inventory who will report into the Head of Operations / COO.

Responsibilities

The Head of Inventory would be responsible for

- Managing an inventory of INR 1000-2000cr of agri commodities across 50-100 locations in third party warehouses across the country; this includes handling and movement of inventory across various locations in both demat and physical forms

- Quality and quantity assessment and maintenance, regular and surprise audit of stocks in the warehouse

- Building and managing relationships with various service provider/partners like WSPs, Aadatiyas, laboratories, etc.

The candidate would be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 people in the field or in office.

Skillset

Ideal candidate should have

- 10-15 years- experience of handling physical agri commodities inventory across MNCs/Indian companies

- Strong understanding of physical storage, stacking and quality assessment of commodities

- On-the-ground experience and ability to handle difficult situations

- Of added value will be the presence of relationships with the entire value chain across India

- Strong academic background and should have worked with high quality MNC/Indian companies

DNA & Attitude

A strong combination of a professional attitude with very strong ethics is a must. An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow is highly valued.
