Location - PUNE (Hinjewadi)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job holder will be responsible for

A) Supporting commercial and sourcing operations.

B) Manage Budget, Commercial and related financial reporting.

Key to this role is the ability to work on own with a minimum of supervision.

Financial Management 50%

- Preparation of budget for Facilities & Admin function.

- Well versed with SAP, ORACLE etc.

- Validating Actual spent Budget

- Variance Analysis - Spent Analysis

- Preparing & submission of Budget Reporting to UK

- Managing E2E Vendor payout process

- Submission of Accruals & tracking of Accruals Vs actual for month on month

- MIS

Procurement Support 30%

- Management of Procurement Team"s diary, ensuring that the most effective use is made of time. This will involve handling requests for internal customers for various types of procurements of material / availing services. To manage end-to-end responsibility for procurement activity.

Procurement:

- To ensure end-to-end responsibility of procurement activities.

- Should have understanding of RFP, PO Terms & Conditions, Negotiations

- Understanding the requirements of internal customers, finding right vendor, leading commercial Negotiations with the Suppliers and ensuring logical closure of P2P process.

- Responsible for documentation management, audit and Vendor Screening.

- Releasing, tracking of contracts for outsourced services.

- Should be well plugged in to market to find right information from right source

- Clean background, no integrity issues raised thru' out the career

- Candidates" having experience in statutory compliance preferred.

SEZ Compliance 15%

- Preparation of online BOE

- Tracking and coordinating consignment clearance

- Updating Bond Register and ARE 1 Register

- RWC for all the consignment

- Documentation for Repair/Replacement of the material

- Coordinating with SEZ officers

- SEZ monthly reporting and compliance

Statutory Compliance 5%

- Tracking and updating of contractor invoicing

- Monthly tracking of labour law compliance

- Attending Compliance audits.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience

- Graduate - MBA (Fin.), M.Com will be preferred. Exposure to taxation will be an added advantage.

- 4- 6+ yrs experience in Commercial and sourcing function with IT/Non-IT industry.

- A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience working within financial services and within small teams.

- Experience supporting senior colleagues on large-scale projects.

- Organisational ability - be able to prioritise a heavy workload and must be able to work effectively under pressure.

- Strong attention to detail in work is expected.

- Initiative - must be capable of working proactively on own

- Flexible - must be flexible with regards to working hours and be prepared to provide support for urgent projects.

- Excellent communication skills - able to deal with both internal and external parties at all levels either face to face or via telephone.

- Able to understand and operate in a changing business environment.

- Ability to work effectively with others.

- Ability to work under tight time schedules.
