CRM design

Hands on experience in CRM diagnostics, CRM process design, Functional design.

Knowledge of sales and marketing processes

Marketing - Lead Management, Journey Management, Campaign Management, Customer Loyalty, Performance Analytics.

Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc.

MS Excel, MS Access and MS Power point.

Small team management experience

Project delivery experience.

Qualification: MBA or Equivalent Degree.
