Duties and Responsibilities : Others
- Grow delivery sales to Rs. XXX Cr during the year and work towards continuously improving the flow through.
- Partner with cross-functional teams towards building WCO by helping reduce the complexities through NPC forum - like omnichannel product builds, innovation.
- Guide team on the commercials to chase in order to ensure new and sturdy packaging to help improve Cx.
- Monitor the NSO menu mix reports to find patters in key consumer behaviors pertaining to a new store.
- Support teams create a template specific to region/asset to ensure healthy ROI from the first day itself.
- Build strong partnership with Dine-in and Delivery squad to ensure that the commercials driven by the Dine-In and Delivery calendars are in line with company's overall goals for the year and long-term goals.
- Ensure sustained and profitable sales growth.
- Continue to drive overall flow through of 35% for the business and continuously work to improve it.
- Leverage Heart style model to focus on the desired behaviors.
