Commercial Manager - Roads/Highways

Shall be qualified with a Bachelor's Degree in Cost Engineering or Quantity Surveying from internationally recognized accredited University or a related technical institution accepted by the Engineer.

- Minimum 20 years post graduate experience in the cost and commercial management of major highway projects of complex nature, including minimum 5- 8 years in a similar role and capacity.

Preferred nationality: British, South African, Nigerian, Australian, Indian.
