Job Description -

- Analyze monthly costs for payment gateways and modes, ensuring transparency in transaction, processing, and setup fees.

- Oversee credit note issuance and timely customer actions.

- Manage gift card programs from issuance to redemption, ensuring smooth customer support.

- Ensure compliance with regulations for gold purchase schemes, tracking redemptions and projecting future ones.

- Address improvement areas from store audits promptly for enhanced operations.

- Optimize commercial system performance by assessing and renegotiating with service providers.

- Ensure timely completion of due diligence for new and existing stores through agencies like Crisil and DnB.

- Collaborate with finance to gather accurate transaction data and associated costs.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

- Drive key projects/tasks by collaborating with other departments and regional teams.
