Commercial Manager/Project Management - Industrial

Responsible for commercial project controller for Preparation of Budget and Forecast for the projects in execution, handling Forward Contracts, Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees, foreign remittances, preparation of various MIS reports, and compliance with RBI norms for Exports & Imports.

Also responsible for commercial management for securing the commercial quality of contract, interest of Siemens Ltd. and compliance of relevant commercial laws during sales phase, supporting project management during execution phase on commercial matters, negotiating with customer on commercial issues, preparation of budgets and forecasts for the segment and preparing MIS and presentations for management review.

Responsibilities like:

i) Preparation of budget of the company with minimal forecasting error to ensure the cash need of the company at minimum and utilization of resources at optimal level.

ii) Analyzing actual in light of budget and forecast to pin point the cause of deviation (Variance Analysis).

iii) Preparation of Project Review Sheets (On POC Basis) as per AS & IAS.

iv) Effective communication skills with excellent numerical abilities & ability to work under pressure. Added with flexible & detail oriented attitude makes me effective in liasioning with customers and financers to attain the financial effectiveness of the company in the lease cost & time.

v) Preparation of various reports and details as notified by RBI for Export & Import of Equipment & services, CMA required for appraisal of limits with the banks.
