Commercial Manager - Industrial

Own the process of Commercial, documentation, MIS, reporting & analysis of sales support activity globally

Ensure correct shipping related paperwork to ensure trouble free imports in destination countries

Support secretaries in local offices in preparation of purchase orders on India for production and ensure sales invoices on customers are as per orders

Study of sales orders with special logistics or billing requirements to ensure correct billing

Ensure advance payments, Letter of Credit or other payment instruments are organized before dispatch of goods to customer

Direct responsibility of collections from customers or local offices

Verify and approve all expenses other than office expenses like VAT paid in different jurisdictions, local freight etc; WILL NOT MANAGE PHYSICAL LOGISTICS

Audit all sales for a customer globally, verify and approve incentives to be paid to customers

Monthly cash flow and control of funds from various subsidiaries to central bank account in UAE; extensively use SAP & Excel

Stable & smart with good English & people skills, good knowledge of international business trends
