We have opportunity with FMCG company based at Dubai as Commercial Manager.  Profile:  - Independently handle import/export documentation, prepare Export Licenses, Invoices, Packing Lists, Proforma Bills of Lading, Certificates of origin and all export relevant documents  - Liaison with Banks for Documentations, manage Import and Export and Inward-Outward Remittances  - MIS, Budget, Costing and finalization of accounts, Letter of Credit, Bill for collection, fund raising from bank  - Manage corporate banking, bills negotiation, letters-of-credit and documentary practices  - Develop, maintain and monitor internal controls  - General Administration and liaison with Government agencies  - Liaison with shipping companies & forwarders for shipment activities, freight-rate negotiations, contract review and preparation  Experience, skills and knowledge in banking, accounts, LC finalization, Clearing and forwarding, Customs, Remittance, Forex transaction, Export invoicing, Excise clearance, VAT, Export benefits, logistics and general administration  - Having sound knowledge of International Trade and EXIM procedures  - Strong in MIS, Budget, Costing and finalization of accounts and dealing with external auditor, internal control and internal audit  - Self-motivated, result-oriented with strong leadership skills  Arjun S Tel:+ 91 - 022- 0-90290-88025
