Commercial Manager - Finance & Accounts - Plant - Manufacturing

A leading manufacturing company is looking for Commercial Manager Plant.

Experience :

- 9 to 10 yrs of experience with min 5yrs exp. as Costing, Finance & Accounting (CFA) of a legal entity

- Experience in financial audits and risk assessment for a legal entity is preferred

- Full knowledge of SAP- FI, SD, MM & Purchasing modules.

Job Description-

- Financials, controlling, accounting and reporting of NTFI (legal entity) - Books of a/c, BS, P&L for NTFI to comply with all statutory and Basic Rule Company (BRC) requirements in timely and upto date manner

- Establishing with interactions with key-stakeholders and presenting to the board, Business Plan for NTFI and drive action plan jointly with PM for achievement.

- Managing company secretarial responsibilities for NTFI (including matters for the NTFI board both statutory and otherwise)

- IT management and authorization control, Data Security Officer for NTFI

- Audit (Internal and external) lead co-ordianator and follow-up for improvements compliance

- Price/TP management and maintenance

- Product costing and maintenance of all NTFI products

- Compliance officer for NTFI

- Management of purchasing function

- As NTFI management, responsible jointly with PM to represent NTFI (internally & externally).

- Represent/lead/maintain required statutory committees for NTFI
