Job Description - Reporting to the Asia Commercial Director, the candidate would be required to :
- Develop sales in the proper implementation of the commercial strategy of Aroma Performance in India directly
- To capture aggressive growth in the India territory
- Enhance our market understanding in the territory (including end-markets size, dynamics, competitive landscape, growth drivers)
- Implement the GBU strategy to ensure a clear market positioning of Aroma Performance in India with a clear impact of pricing power.
- Ensure professionalism and motivation of sales team in India.
- Generate new opportunities and projects
The Successful Candidate - The candidate must have:
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years' experience in sales & marketing (B2B) management with focus on sales development and international key accounts management.
- Experience with interfacing across various levels of international clients organizations and well as experience of matrix organizations within Western corporations.
- Ability and passion to take the lead in key initiatives to run the Business to achieve expected results
