Designation: Commercial Manager

Reporting to: CEO / Director

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 10+ years of overall experience; at least 5 years in consumer goods or distribution-oriented businesses

Location: Delhi

CTC: Rs 18.00 Lacs - 20 Lacs p.a.

Job Description:

Accounts, MIS & Compliance overview:

- Lead and manage accounting function of group companies

- Develop internal controls, checks, processes, and policies in consultation with the management as per business requirement.

- Develop budgeting and reporting system (financial and operational) as per company's business requirement

- Responsible for circulation of different MIS reports as per agreed timelines

- Responsible to overview and ensure compliance with applicable taxation, labor law, regulatory matters. Will have to closely work with a different professional assisting company with different compliances.

- Coordinate with professional to represent the company for any direct indirect tax proceedings.

- Completion of an internal and statutory audit of group companies with zero adverse remarks.

Admin and Payroll function

- Lead administrative functions of the company.

- Negotiate and enter into agreements with admin service providers

- Improvise admin related processes, policies for smooth functioning of the business

- Over view payroll function and ensure compliance with labor law matters and tax matters

Commercial Function ;

- Work closely with CEO and draw up a plan for RM & PM procurement.

- Develop suppliers to ensure procurement at competitive price

- Develop cost sheet for various products to help management in fixing sale price

- Data analysis to assist management in selecting sales channel in different geography

- Review and negotiation of all legal documents, contracts, agreement with supplier, partners, customers, employees etc.

- Ensure comprehensive insurance cover as per the business requirement.

- Over view secretarial compliances

- Compliance with import/export procedures etc

- Liaisoning with government officials and department.

Desired Profile:

- Male candidates will be preferred.

- Good and clear communication skill.

- Proficient in Computer Operations and utilities i.e. MS-Office, Excel, Word etc.

- Well versed with tally 9.0 ERP or any other ERP software.

- The experience of handling import/export accounting/forex etc will be preferred.

- Ability to direct and supervise a team of 10-12 people.

- Willing to travel as and when required.
