About the Client: US Based MNC into manufacturing of Auto Filtration Methods Finance & Commercial: Reporting To: Business Unit head Responsibilities Major Finance &amp; Accounts - Coordinate between Plant and Finance Consultant for reconciliation on Purchase Invoice; Sales; Cash; Advance payment &amp; Inventory management. - Assist the Business unit adhere to budgeted P&amp;L provisions. - GAAP reporting:- India and US method. - Ownership of financial data coming from plant - Ensure that plant related sales data is shared with the consultant on timely basis. - Lead role in advising around pricing for commercial contracts with parent company and with buyers in India. - Understanding the GST and reconciliation with the government. - Well versed in taxation and involvement and understanding of custom duty relevant to import- coordinating with the CHA for documentations and relevant approvals within the organisation. - Report Generation/ MIS: Monthly Sales report, Order list, receivable statements, share the MIS within India and US team - Maintain regular contact with suppliers and vendors and update status. - Product Costing - Strong compliance mindset Responsibilities Minor Commercials - Take a lead role in resolving the commercial issues that may arise from time to time. - Pre-Post sales: Order checklist, order processing, invoicing, LC &amp; Direct payment, insurance activities and coordination on the same. - Dispatch &amp; Logistics: Coordinate for material to reach with client as per the PO. Manage the inventory and logistics for inward and outward material. - Process improvement for establishing healthy business relations with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Adequate experience in raw material planning and material procurement. Required: - 08-12 years of experience in finance and commercial activities - Inter CA / CPA/ ICWA with commerce degree - Experience on any ERP platform Manufacturing industry- open Competency: Leadership &amp; Management: - Building and maintaining relations, demonstrating integrity &amp; professionalism solving problem and decision making skills.
