In line with their rigorous expansion in India, they are looking forward to recruit a commercial manager for their Pune operations.

Job Description

Reporting into the commercial director in the UK; your core responsibilities will entail:

- Acquiring new business contracts in the Indian market and foster profitable business partnerships with
automotive OEM’s.

- Achieving agreed sales targets in line with corporate objectives and assist in developing the sales business strategy for India.

- Maintaining existing customer relationships including commercial issues and all product launch issues.

- Leading annual price/contract negotiations with customers.

- Managing day to day sales account activities of awarded contracts to ensure all targets are achieved

- Preparing relevant reports and develop customer prospects and production of forecasts

- Establishing and developing the sales team in India

- Ensuring company commercial and engineering processes are adhered to at all stages and in line with customer timescales ensure

The Successful Applicant

- You are a graduate from a top tier MBA school. You have at least 8 to 10 years of BD/Sales/Corporate strategy role within the automotive industry.You have well developed negotiation and presentation skills. Apart from that you are very entrepreneurial and driven.
