Role : Commercial Leasing Location : Delhi Responsibilities : - Generation of new leads and promotion of existing lead relationships - Identify, develop and maintain real estate industry contacts at the company's events and press conferences - Supporting senior managers with handling existing client requirements (including providing tours, evaluating lease proposals, generating reports, preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis of transactions, preparing surveys and reviewing lease documents) - Work closely with seniors to prepare proposal and strategies for presentations - Conducting and maintaining database lease entry document information, responding to all enquiries and coordinating with land and accounting departments - Maintaining a proper portfolio specifying details related to the leases and other portfolio documentation - Following-up customer, lessee and vendor enquiries and special requests on time - ensuring deal closings - Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals - Establishing positive relations with customers, vendors and lessee and contributing in resolving all their queries and issues associated with the services - Ensuring that the agreed procedures and process flows are adhered to strictly in accordance with guidelines - Primary and secondary research on target markets and business opportunities. - Support in designing Development Strategy, Competitor Benchmarking, Project costing model - Analyze company performances, conducting trend &amp; feasibility analysis and using various business tools
