Commercial In-Life - Data Specialist  Job Description :  Role purpose :   Responsible for executing customer-facing data analytics and support the sales team with data and insights for effective revenue management of accounts. In addition the Data Specialist will be responsible for completing Enterprise Bundle/Flat Rate fair usage reviews, and/or benchmarking reviews, and will run customer calls to explain the outcome of these reviews and communicate any necessary price change. With experience, high performers may be given individual accounts on which they will be accountable for managing all of our commercial obligations in the contract.   Core competencies, knowledge and experience :  - Strong analytical skills Good communication, interpersonal and organisation skills  - Strong business English Language skills  - Ability to present to customers in person / on video or teleconference calls.  - Proven ability to resolve issues to tight timelines, whilst maintaining thoroughness, accuracy and flexibility.   Accountability and Decision Ownership :  - Support the delivery of key customer facing reports that Vodafone is contractually obliged to provide ensuring they are produced on time and in an accurate fashion.  - Lead the communication of the output of Enterprise Bundles/Flat Rate reviews to the customer  - Work closely with Vodafone's operating companies, partners and affiliates to ensure that the key conclusions of these reports are communicated to operators and the operators take the necessary action.  - Ensure that any underlying errors in data are identified, investigated and efficiently resolved.  - Deliver contractual benchmarking analysis and communicate the results to account team and/or customer  - Regular Updates with Regional Commercial teams and act as an interface to local teams and Opco.  - Initiate and establish inventory for the 5 CIL managed accounts (Fixed) and ensure a process for keeping inventories up to date.  Nithya Angeline 080-40001320
