Our client is a leading food and beverages multinational looking to hire a Commercial Head for Africa to be based in Dubai, UAE.

The Commercial Head Africa plays a crucial role in leading and overseeing the commercial strategy, sales, and business development activities across the African region. This position is integral to the organization's growth and expansion in the African market by driving revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth.

- Lead and manage sales and business development teams across Africa.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to guide strategic planning.

- Negotiate and finalize major contracts and agreements.
