We are hiring for an MNC Company and base location is Mumbai.

Position : Commercial Head

Role : Team handling

Reporting : CFO of the company

Work location : Mumbai

Education : Qualified CA ONLY (No CA Inter / ICWA etc).

CA batch 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 - Passouts need to apply.

Job Role : To look after the PAN India Commercial finance based Head office.

- To drive the entire commercial finance such as Pricing, discounts, credit policy, commercial policy, profitability in the sales & operations.

- Leading short term and long term commercial business plans. Lead planning, analysis for profitability in the business.

- Run cost benefit analysis for various schemes, discounts and capex.

- Set up the process, control and commercial SOP's. Design & lay out the Annual Operating Plan.

- Provide decision support to the business through insightful and value added MIS and Reporting. Manage key reports and operational metrics - Budget vs spend trends, sales vs cost, ROI, Working capital, and key analysis.

- Thorough analysis of channel wise P&L and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Monthly review with finance leadership team highlighting areas of opportunity in terms of geography, coverage and sales & marketing spend, supporting the sales strategy decisions.

- Preparation and presentation of the monthly financial results along with a detailed cause of change analysis.

- Budgeting and Tracking off all commercial spends.
