Commercial Head - Dairy - Looking after entire Commercial activities for PAN India sales and operations. - You will use your account management skills to ensure the customer relationships remain strong. This is not a role driven by significant Business Development, but much more focused on ensuring ongoing collaborative relationships. - You will work closely with the customers buying teams to problem-solve and be a go-to person to help them innovate and deliver on their categories and commercial objectives. - Developing mechanisms to standardize channel wise Days Sales Outstanding across the regions - Publishing the weekly channel and city level dashboards for the sales team and highlighting the red flags - Candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience in dairy operations. - Must have multi- tasking ability, be detail-oriented and a taskmaster since the role involves multi- tasking across departments and projects. - Self- starter and proactive. - Go- getter attitude
