Client Details :

Our client is a large leading apparel company for both men's and women's wear based out of India and growing at an exponential rate and has pan India presence across metros, tier-1 and tier-2 cities as well as international presence.

Description :

Reporting into the COO of the organisation with a dotted reporting into the MD, you will be responsible for:

- Develop cost models to understand cost structure of suppliers and vendors and develop negotiation strategy resulting in Margin growth

- Develop sourcing strategy aimed at increasing margins

- Regularly Identify the retail properties where there is scope to renegotiate and reduce the rental cost thereby improving cost to sales ratio

- Study cost to market for the product and optimise warehousing, logistics and customer service, effectively resulting in better margins

- Develop and execute strategy for optimising the overall operations of the organisation

- Management of the complete business development and property department and the satisfactory delivery of all its tasks

Profile :

- The candidate should have 6-8 years of post-MBA experience from a premier B- school working with a tier -I consulting organisation. The candidate should have strong operations consulting experience in driving cost optimisation thereby resulting in higher profitability. Retail consulting experience would be preferred. The Candidate should come with a growth mindset and willingness to take more responsibility.
