Commercial Financial Analyst - Chemical Manufacturing Firm

Urgent Hiring for a commercial Financial Analyst for a leading Chemical Manufacturing company based in Manesar.

Educational Qualification:

- Qualifications/ knowledge/ experience (Technical/ professional knowledge and skills competency)

- University degree or above - Essential

- Professional accounting qualification, e.g. ACA, CIMA or equivalent Desirable

- Significant and substantial experience in Finance function preferably in the manufacturing environment - Essential

- Proficient in Windows tools including Excel, PowerPoint, etc -Essential

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support the annal budget and long-range planning process for the account or geographic sales team, ensuring revenue plans, productivity and commercial excellence savings well understood and captured by each customer account.

- Own the review of financial KPI's within specific customer account's new business quotation process to ensure they meet the financial objectives for both P&L and Balance Sheet.

- Own the prompt support to sales, product line, product development on specific customer or product requirement (including BOM costing, various claims, production cost breakdown, etc)

- Review and track commercial excellence program by specific customer accounts in Asia region, ensuring the

- short and long-term P&L benefits. Prompt sales team for cost recovery negotiation with customers.

- Perform simulation of business scenarios with various commercial term and cost assumptions by providing financial analysis, modelling and evaluation. Support and anticipate review and analysis on profitability improvement to generate performance driving insights and support decision making.

- Support product line team by deep dive-in margin report and data behind by analysing cost of manufacture process of different sites and commercial strategy of customers. Build connection between product line team and finance BP team to ensure proper track on commercial/manufacture/technology initiations.

- Support performance management process for key OEMs and product types, including KPIs measuring gross profit, contribution margin, working capital.

- Work with Sector Commercial Finance and Strategy teams as required, supporting key projects.

- Support to collectively own the global financial pricing model within Sales Business Partner team, setting up proper governance and standardisation.

- Support the performance management cycle, owning and adapting it to the specific needs of the sales and product line function including, holding the business function accountable for delivery.

- Ensure appropriate compliance and control environment in place for all matters related to commercial activities.

- Support other ad hoc requirement or commercial related initiatives/projects.
