Head - Commercial Finance

- Responsible for monitoring accounting/finance operations

- Partnering Sales Head on KPI's & Priorities for the Quarter

- Monthly Sales Reporting & Analysis (Primary/Secondary) & analyzing Mix impact

- Conducting Monthly finance Meeting with RSM/ASM on Finance update

- Monthly analysis on the Schemes and driving discussion with the Shopper Marketing team on insights & course correction for the respective Zone

- Assuring Debtors exposure in check with no Risk to Company

- Liaising with Sales/GIS/Taxation Team on Distributor Onboarding process & closure of Agreement with the Distributor

- Driving Damage & Expiry return process Governance in respective Zone with Quarterly update & ensuring adherence to the SOP along with Sales/Quality Team

- Timely closure of Full & Final Settlement for departing Distributors

- Partnering Trade Marketing Team on Scheme Designing & Approval mechanism Conducting regular Market visits
